Additional Prize for “L’homme sans ombre” in Namur

At the 19th Festival of Francophone Film in Namur (Belgium), which ended on October 1, 2004, the “Baillard d’Or” for best musical score was presented to Judith Gruber Stitzer, the composer of the music for the animated film “L’homme sans ombre.” The latest work by Geneva animator Georges Schwizgebel was shown in Cannes and Locarno this year and received awards at festivals in Annecy, France, and Zagreb, Croatia.
“L’homme sans ombre” is a Swiss-Canadian co-production between the studio GDS located in Carouge, Switzerland, the Television Suisse Romande (TSR), and the National Film Board of Canada (NFB). Music composer Judith Gruber Stitzer is also from Canada.
