Phoenix Arizona, 3rd december 1989. The body of the little Christopher Milke, four years old, is found in the desert, shot by three bullets in his head. Quiclky, two suspects are arrested and the mother, Debra Milke, is accused of ordering the murder. Without any evidence of her culpability, the detective Armando Saldate conducts an interrogatory unwitnessed with which he’ll create a self made confession which will sentence Debra to death penalty. Twenty years later, after an incalculable appeals number, she still languished in the death row, awaiting her release.
