For thirty years, the former street theatre Karl's kühne Gassenschau has been staging opulent spectacles of wonder with grandiose stage sets and impressive effects in the open air. But now the theatre is facing a decisive turning point: the last two active founders, Brigitt Maag and Paul Weilenmann, want to hand over the reins to a younger generation in order to secure the future of the ensemble. The test is to create a new, grandiose piece of theatre on the water.
