A documentary on Walter Mafli, a Swiss painter who lived 102 years. He died in 2018, soon after this film was completed. Mafli had almost totally lost his vision when the documentary was shot. Yet, he went to the studio every day to experience freedom, laid down on paper. He relates why he has continued to create, never stopping, through two world wars, the frenzy of the modern world, and different art movements, always remaining faithful and devoted to his art. A message of faith in life, humanity, and the beauty of both. Time suspended in a frantic world.
