In this documentary film, Swiss filmmaker Pier Blattner has travelled all over the country. It offers a very interesting and insightful look at the history and transformations of kiosks in Greece between 2011 and 2021. They are still meeting points and places of Community encroachment. In 1911, after the war in the Balkans, they were first a social aid to the victims and their families. Then the “Periptera” evolved in parallel with Greek society and epochs.
In questo film documentario, il regista svizzero Pier Blattner, ha viaggiato in tutto il paese. Offre uno sguardo molto interessante e approfondito sulla storia e le trasformazioni dei chioschi in Grecia tra il 2011 e il 2021. Nonostante la loro graduale diminuzione, costituiscono ancora punti di raccolta e luoghi di ancoraggio comunitario. Nel 1911, dopo la guerra nei Balcani, fornirono per la prima volta assistenza sociale alle vittime e alle loro famiglie. Quindi i "Periptera" si sono evoluti parallelamente alla società greca e ai tempi.
