What else can the fragment be as a part in relation to the larger whole in a digitalized environment? How does it relate to three-dimensional image space? The long-term documentary shows the artist how she advances her work between media such as pencil and water drawing, painting and collage. For Sabine Hertig, images are not complete, but rather excerpts from a complex of reality. For her, collage is reflected seeing in the sense of “discovery action”.
Cos’altro può essere il frammento come parte in relazione al tutto più ampio in un ambiente digitalizzato? Come si relaziona allo spazio dell'immagine tridimensionale? Il documentario a lungo termine mostra l'artista come avanza il suo lavoro tra media come il disegno a matita e acqua, la pittura e il collage. Per Sabine Hertig le immagini non sono complete, ma estratti da un complesso di realtà. Per lei il collage si riflette nel vedere nel senso di “azione di scoperta”.
