It's not good for anyone to be alone for any length of time. A lack of social contact over a longer period of time makes you ill. The reasons for experiencing loneliness are varied and not always understandable from the outside. If you feel lonely, this does not necessarily mean that you are alone. You can also feel lonely in a crowd or in a relationship. The feeling of loneliness can affect anyone. The film accompanies four people through their loneliness.
