Yves Delaunay, a Swiss citizen, is once again answering the call of the North. Since his first stay in the Canadian Arctic in 2006, his Western values and certanties have been deeply shaken. Today, he is seeking to understand how the Inuit are coping with the mutation of the Arctic as it is caught in the violent sway of climate change. We discover a small community, Sachs Harbour on Banks Island in the Canadian Arctic, attached to its land, conscious of the importance of its tradition and culture, which struggles daily to face the challenges of modernity by way of carving out a place within it.
