Schpäck u Bohne, bacon et haricots est un essai-film de Regula Bachmann. Le film se compose de films 8 mm tournés par son père lors d'un voyage au Groenland et de sa famille en Suisse dans les années 1960. L'auteur a monté les films 40 ans plus tard et les a complétés avec des enregistrements vidéo et sonores de ses propres voyages. Avec la voix off, elle raconte des anecdotes personnelles, pose des questions sur les relations des personnes au temps et explique sa propre perception des images et des motifs. Une recherche d'affiliation et de transcendance avec le cinéma.
