André Lehmann was a leading figure of the experimental film movement of the 70s and 80s in Switzerland. He is especially known for his films WESTSIDE HIGHWAY NY 77 (1977) and GING (1997). Both BER-LIN 99/00 (2003) and BELOW-ABOVE (2017) screened at the Toronto International Film Festival.
